Shipping & Delivery FAQs
We currently ship all our products within the UAE through our partner courier companies. International Shipping is available upon request; kindly email us at wecare@tableandbeyondshop.com for customized shipping request processing.
We offer free shipping on all purchases from our website valued at AED 500 and above, per order. All orders valued below AED 500 carry a delivery charge of AED 50 per order.
Orders may take up to 3 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process and ship, but most orders ship sooner.
Orders may include multiple packages and can arrive at different times within the delivery window. We are unable to relay specific delivery timing instructions to the carrier.
We use our reputed courier provider to handle all the deliveries.
Our delivery personnel will double check your delivery address details via the mobile number that you provide at the time of registration. Please ensure that you provide accurate delivery address details as we will deliver to the indicated address.
If you need to change your delivery address after order confirmation, please email us at wecare@tableandbeyondshop.com as soon as possible and we will endeavor to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been dispatched, it may not be possible to change any delivery details. A change of address may lead to delivery delays.
International Shipping is available upon request; kindly email us at wecare@tableandbeyondshop.com for customized shipping request processing. You will be notified of the international shipping costs and your acceptance will be required via your online shop cart prior to order confirmation.
Yes, we offer a Pay & Collect option. If you place your order on a standard business day and pay for your order before 12pm, you may collect your order on the next business day between 3pm and 5pm from our showroom located in Oud Metha, Showroom 406 , Building 99.
